ANCHORAGE, ALASKA - (March 12, 2008)
IDITAROD XXXVI MUSHER Allen Moore, (Bib #76) scratched at 4:21 pm (March 12, 2008) in Shaktoolik Checkpoint. The 50 year old musher from Two Rivers Alaska was diagnosed with a high fever and flown from Shaktoolik to Nome for observation. Moore's team of 12 dogs was in good condition when Moore scratched.
