IDITAROD XXXVI MEDIA BRIEFING SET

The IDITAROD XXXVI media briefing will be held at the Iditarod Trail Committee's Anchorage Headquarters, the Millennium Hotel, on the 3rd floor in the Redington Room.
It's important that interested media requesting access to cover the 2008 Iditarod Restart in Willow Alaska be present at the Iditarod Trail Sled Dog Race Media Briefing scheduled for Wednesday, February 27th at 3pm. Vehicle passes will be issued at that time. GCI will also be available to configure laptop notebooks for use on the Iditarod Trail.
This year's race touts the largest field in Iditarod Trail Sled Dog Race History. Ninety six teams have qualified for the right to run "The Last Great Race on Earth." Included in this year's media briefing will be important updated information provided by race officials that will hopefully help media gain a greater understanding of the field, and the many storylines that make up the 36th Running of The Iditarod Trail Sled Dog Race.
