Sewing for the Iditarod

Some of the booties made have been downright elaborate, such as the set of ceremonial booties made as an individual project by Bootie Brigade member Becky Griffith, of Shelton, Washington, for a musher she’d gotten to know. Although this wasn’t an official Bootie Brigade project, it had its beginnings in the group as Becky first met the musher there while sewing for a randomly assigned musher.
